Hi GRF Parents, GRF Parent Support Team (PST) Event - Join us for food, activities, and helpful tools to communicate respectfully at home at the February GRF Parent Support Team Meeting on Thursday, February 20th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm in the Pine Crest Cafeteria. We’ll also share tips on how to open the lines of communication with teachers to make sure your voice is heard and your child’s needs are met. After dinner, Project Success will take your child out of the meeting area for communication activities. Please register by Tuesday, February 18th.

Reminder: Tomorrow (Friday, February 14th) is the last day to turn in Dental Clinic forms.
The dental clinic will be March 6th during the school day. They will accept private insurance and Medicaid and will not turn a student away due to the inability to pay. All 6th and 9th graders have a mandatory dental exam due by May 15th. The dental clinic is open to grades 6-12. Parents were emailed a form and hard copies are available in both the JH and HS office.

What better way is there to learn about bar graphing during Valentine’s Day than using candy conversation hearts! Students in Mrs. Davis’s 2nd grade class worked on bar graphs today while having a little Valentine’s Day fun!









The GRHS Lady Buffs have a home game tonight against the Armstrong-Potomac Trojans. Varsity starts at 6 PM and there will be no JV game tonight. Buff Nation, Lets Ride!

The MMJH volleyball game that was scheduled for today, Wednesday, Feb. 12, against PVO has been cancelled due to weather concerns.


The Georgetown-Ridge Farm School District will be having an e-Learning day tomorrow, February 12, 2025 due to snow and icy road conditions.

The GRF Boys Basketball team has a home game tonight against Bismarck. Tonight we will be recognizing the MMJH Panther athletes in-between JV and Varsity games. JV will start at 6 PM with varsity following. Buff Nation, Lets Ride!

Last week Mr. Balgeman's class worked on creating scale models of different building around the world. Using the same scale for every model allowed the class to get a better comparison of their sizes.

The GRHS Scholastic Bowl team is flying up to Milford tonight to battle the Milford Bearcats and the Cissna Park Timberwolves. There will be a JV match against Cissna Park. The first match will start at 5 PM. Buff Nation, Lets Ride!

Miss Megan wanted to draw a dinosaur while Zaylen built his with blocks. He was so excited that he used every last block to make sure his dino had two arms, two legs, and a mouth!

The Buffalo Leaders finished their Friday morning by welcoming HS students into the building. "High Five Friday" was a lot of fun!

Our Buffalo Leaders had a great time serving coffee to our bus drivers today! It was a little cold, but it was worth seeing the smiling faces!

Dr. DeGracia's Biology lab was a great learning experience for our students. Two weeks of growing molds in favorable and unfavorable conditions, followed by identifying the Hyphae and Sporangium. Great work guys!
